- How does billing work?
- Payment is collected upfront via Stripe's secure checkout when you create your account. Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the Billing portal inside StrataCM. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
- Yes — save 20% when you pay annually. Select the yearly toggle on any plan to see the discounted price.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. ACH transfers are available for Enterprise plans — contact sales for details.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Monthly plans can be canceled anytime from the Billing portal with no cancellation fees. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Annual plans can be canceled to prevent renewal.
- Is my payment information secure?
- Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers or payment credentials on our servers.
